Making it bigger before entering operation room

I gonna get a Titan implanted in January. During the first consult i was nervous and had a shy shrivveled dick. I thought the stretch test was not even 13 cm.
So January being cold in combination with the stress my penis would be a turtle when i enter the operation room. As any other Member i want the largest outcome possible for me.

At home when i'm relaxed and warm i can get easily 18 flaccid stretch.

Any guys have advise for me? I was thinking using a ved and cialis just before i get to the operation room. Or is this a stupid idea?

VED twice daily 30 minutes of inflate/deflate cycles-----yes
Cialis before the operation------I would say a HARD NO! ED Drugs increase blood flow and you DON'T WANT extra bleeding at that time. But ask your surgeon about this.

I read the surgeon induces an erection with Trimix or whatever so they can see your actual erect size.

Since so many of us are growers it would be hard to gauge how big a guy can potentially be is when completely soft.

I assume the 18 is cm, not inches.

Right. Local injection. Not an oral medication which would be systemic.

Agree with the brothers suggesting VED, right now, Lost Sheep's recipe is the tried and true, twice a day 30 minutes.

If it makes you feel better, I was/am you with the "fear penis" in all medical settings. And going into my surgery the surgeon had no idea what my hard-on looked like and wasn't interested in seeing it in our meetings beforehand (I begged him for an injection so he knew what my size was). Due to this forum, I used VED rather aggressively between my RAP and implant and landed just fine.

Right. Local injection. Not an oral medication which would be systemic.

I think there are 2 different things we are talking about. One is an in office prior to surgery and the other during surgery. And not all doctors do any kind of penis injection at any time. Most men just have a penis stretch but a few doctors do a trimix shot in the office visit before surgery. And I have seen a few also do a fluid penis injection during surgery. But I would guess that most of the men implanted do not have either to induce an erection. A good question to ask your doctor. My understanding is that if you have the surgery under general anesthesia that a medication is given to relax the tissue in the penis and not to cause an erection. If you have a spinal block for the surgery then that medication is not needed as the nerves are blocked and the tissue relaxed.

If you have seen videos of how surgeons measure the inside of you penis, I think your question would be 90% answered.

They shove a measuring stick up inside your penis quite forcefully, then do the same down into your pelvic crus, adding the two measurements together to get the size of implant to use. The other 10%? If your penis is shriveled and retracted because of the cold, I opine that every man's penis, by the time of the measurement has reached the operating room temperature. My own non-medical opinion is that an experienced surgeon is accustomed to normal elasticity of his patients' penises and it becomes a non-issue.

You could ask your surgeon if a long-hot bath before surgery can possibly make a difference because of tissue expansion or tissue relaxation. I suspect the answer will be,"no"
