Pelvic floor sensation

Postby Catmandu » Sun Dec 04, 2022 5:21 am

At the moment when I orgasm my pelvic floor muscles tighten just before ejaculation. I can sort of "force" myself to Ejaculate by squeezing my pelvic floor muscles. I also do this to push blood into my glands to engorge them.

Would all these things be the same sensation with an implant?

I am not sure what you mean"force" yourself to ejaculate, do you mean you are about to cum and you rush it by tightening your pelvic?

If I’m understanding your question properly… yes. At 6 months now, and I can tighten my pelvic floor muscles and cause my glans to swell ever so slightly and cause my penis to move up like in a gentle bounce motion. Also when I climax I can hold back and let the pressure build and then let it go. At least that’s how I feel it works for me.

Yes maybe I didn't explain myself too well there.

My question is will I still have control of my glands engorgement and orgasm control with my pelvic floor muscles after being implanted

As much control as you have now, once you heal. My glans engorge to the point I'm unable to deflate fully after sex.
Orgasm control doesn't matter anymore since I can cum and keep going as long as she wants.
