Thank you so much. I feel so good about this decision. I am so ready to have this ED behind me. It has literally CONSUMED my life, my thoughts, the way I feel about myself and so much more for so long now. And now I have confirmation that there’s literally nothing I can do about it because of my venous leakage diagnosis.

I will post pictures and updates as things go along. No idea when surgery will be, but as soon as I know I will update.

So, i met with Dean Knoll. He is HIGH-VOLUME and literally travels around the world teaching other surgeons HOW to do IPP surgery. He is “semi retired” and you cannot just call and make an appointment with him. It was by a stroke of luck that I ended up getting to see him. Another doctor I met with is good friends with him and contacted Knoll personally and got me an appointment with him.

So, I met with Knoll. He was VERY down to earth and listened to all my ED struggles I’ve had the last 11 years. Despite having a Doppler scan done by someone else (which showed I did NOT have venous leakage) he believed 100 percent that based on everything I was telling him that I DO in fact have a classic case of venous leakage. He performed his own tests and sure enough, I DO HAVE venous leakage. He says I am the perfect candidate for IPP and he himself will be doing my surgery!!! I am absolutely stoked!!!!

Now we are waiting to here back from insurance to see if the procedure is covered. I am hoping that with my past records of ED Medication, Psychological Therapy, and TRI-MIX injections as well as my new diagnosis of a venous leakage, that insurance will cover my surgery. And if it’s not covered I am prepared to pay out of pocket. So either way, it’s getting done!!!

He uses Boston Scientific AMS implants. He installs either an AMS700 LGX, or an AMS700 CX.

He examined my penis and said I will definitely be getting the CX implant because I have a lot of length (7.5 inches). He said the LGX is for men who are shorter in length. So I am stoked about that. I actually asked him if he was going to measure me before surgery so as to know the right implant to use and he said doing that doesn’t help him in any way. He said some of your penis is inside your body so a pre stretch test length or inducing an erection with tri mix and getting a length doesn’t matter. He looked at my penis and said without a doubt I have plenty of length and will get the AMS 700 CX installed.

He is happy for me and excited to do my surgery. He said this is going to be a life changer for me.

I am beyond happy!!!!!

Congratulations and I hope the best for you!! I had surgery on Nov 30 and it was a breeze. A little issue with healing but I think it’s my diabetes. I love the AMS I have the 700cx. Cycling has been no problem

Glad to hear the surgery was a breeze and cycling has been no problem for you. Dr. Knoll did tell me he likes to have his patients cycle aggressively.

Wow you really lucked out getting set up with a high volume doc. I hope your insurance covers it and you can get it done asap. Once you pass the first few weeks after it's all fun from there!

Random question old guy… do you use your implant to its full potential? What I mean by that… is after you cum, seeing as you can keep your erection as long as you want, do you continue to have sex and please your lady?

That’s one of the things I most look forward to. Being able to stay hard after I cum and keep pleasing my wife.

Good question if I do say so. The answer is YES!
It depends on the position I finish on as to how long I'll keep going. The best is the X position (her on back, legs over me laying sideways) because her legs kind of keep me in position so I stay in for a while, get some extra strokes. (Sometimes that starts things up again.) Other ways I tend to be worn out by finish so usually not very long unless momma needs more. (but she's usually done by then too)

If Trimix works, why not just use a VED to avoid atrophy and use Trimix for sex?
