Hey yall, did surgery with Dr. Osmonov few days ago. I have quite the blue balls 4 days after and problems and pain walking. Cooling my nuts with with towels drenched in some anti inflamation medicine and mostly lying down.
Also not 100% happy with result yet. After surgery my dick was wrapped up and 80% inflated. It seemed much longer in this state. They deflated me 2 days after and i felt i lost lot of size after, but might be just my swollen pubic area that makes it look smaller.
Anyways, any tips for next weeks and days? How to bath, pain meds that worked for you etc
Happy i did the surgery, hope things gonna be good in the future. Thanks for supporting me to do this step. Apreciate you all guys.

Losing size right after surgery is completely and totally expected. I'd lost over two inches. But it is of zero concern to you now. You'll have over a year to get back your size - and you will. Wait until you heal.
Take enough oxycodone if it helps but if you try to refill too much they cut you off. Forced me to go back to ER to prove to doctors my dick hurt 10 days after my implant.

I use some topical numbing cream and believe it or not it helped. You can find numbing cream on Amazon

63yr old. PDwith 40% dor. Curve. Pre-PD 7”x6”.lost 2 in. due to PD. ED prior to PD. Switched from Sildalifil to Trimix Nov 2023 . Currently titrating Trimix for optimization.
