The answer to all of your questions is, no.

I cannot feel the cylinders when I am thrusting during sex, I can't feel the tips pushing into the glans either, it is all completely natural. The cylinders do not feel un-natural when having sex. As far as hard sex, I will let the younger guys answer that, at 78 and 76 I would not call anything we do as hard sex.

If I notice anything, it is that my glans does not get super engorged like it did with injections, and I notice this the most when inserting myself into the vagina, once in, it feels completely natural. It feels like I have to aim it more than before, but certainly nothing to be concern about. My doctor's PA told me if I want my glans to be more engorged there is a gel he can prescribe to rub on the glans a while before intercourse. I mentioned I had heard of a gel that can be inserted into the urethra, he said that was for men without an implant, the gel rubbed on the glans was for those who have an implant, this was the first time I have heard this. Both my wife and I are happy, so I don't see the need for the gel at this point.

A "cock full of blood" which I will refer to as a "natural erection" and mean by that as a fully-functioning penis which gets erect and stays erect with minimal stimulation as long as the man is attracted to his partner, ultimately resulting in an orgasm and ejaculation when stimulation reaches a trigger point which is far enough above the aforementioned minimal stimulation required to stay erect.

I find no disadvantages to having my implant. Yes, a natural blood-filled cock would feel better, but since natural erections went away it was implant or no sex.
The biggest advantage of having the implant is confidence, followed by the lack of having to pop a pill or stick a needle in your dick. You know that at any time your partner wants sex you are ready. You don't have to schedule or plan sex before popping that pill. No more killing the mood after getting warmed up because you have to go inject.
