Side sleeping
Once recovered, is the bulb flexible enough to get out of the way, or do you need a pillow between the knees forever?

Re: Side sleeping
I am 15 days post-op and I can now sleep on my side, practically without discomfort, sometimes I have to rearrange, but it seems to be improving, I bought a spacer pillow and I have not used it, perhaps it is more comfortable.

Re: Side sleeping
I've been able to sleep on my side starting a few days after surgery. And yes, I sometimes have to reach down and adjust the position of my scrotum.

Re: Side sleeping
I was able to sleep on my side a few days after my implant. I now sleep on my stomach...I turn over a lot, but that seems to be comfortable to me.

Re: Side sleeping
I'm a side sleeper and have used a "knee pillow" since long before my implant(s). Florida being quite humid, a side benefit of the knee pillow is tucking the pillowcase up next to my balls and never having "crotch rot"....
Good luck man!

Re: Side sleeping
Another advantage to side-sleepers of the pillow or spacer between the knees it that it improves the spine alignment. Something I was reminded about by a physical therapist,
