please define the terms grower versus shower, thanks

Guys,
I really dont know the terms, what they mean, grower versus shower.

grower - meaning to grow, ok, but when? naturally my member grows (i'm trimix) but otherwise it is flaccid, right?

shower - is this pronounced show her or shower like in the bath? What does this mean? Does it mean your member is already large in its flaccid state? and then grows only a little bit when it get to show time(I wondered if I stumbled upon something with that word, just thought of it?)

P.S. it is highly recommended to do VED before the surgery. I have heard two sides to this...?
My VED device is so low quality, anyone know a good one? Brand name?

Grower and shower rhyme. "Shower" as in "one who shows"
. “Shower” = the flaccid penis is large. When it gets erect it doesn’t get any bigger.
. ‘Grower” = the flaccid penis is small but gets larger and fuller when erect.

Simply it means your flaccid member grows a lot when excited, a Grower
A Shower (show-er) is one whose member creates a visible bulge in their pants.
