In my case there is no difference, my time to ejaculation is essentially the same, but we have only done it once so far. LOL! There is no loss or increase of sensitivity.

The way I have sort of looked at it is the hardon is just a means to get the glans in the pussy, the pills, the injections and now the implant all did that job quite well.

I had been concerned that my glans would not engorge after the implant, it always did using pills and injections, but would it with the implant, that was a big mystery to me. Would it engorge without the pills or tri-mix, we know those help? I didn't stop and examine myself to see if my glans was engorged, it felt like it was and I had no problem having an orgasm and ejaculating so I am no longer going to worry about that. I used pills for a years. Sex was so-so for a long time and then problematic. Still, I could get an erection. Fellatio and masturbation was possible to achieve orgasms but penetrative sex was a hit-or-miss proposition (mostly miss) and VERY short-lived (never enough for her to orgasm). While cunnilingus was enough, I desired erections that would stay long enough for her to enjoy.

So, even though pill-induced erections were adequate for SOME sex, I decided to go for an implant. If the implant failed, I would rather go forward with no erections and solely oral sex than stay with the status quo. That is, there was nothing worth goinig back to if the implant failed.
