It's wrong of you to wish upon an accident so you will NEED to be implanted, and it's wrong of you to not accept normal male sexual abilities. With all the success you have and claim good sex, why do you not consider yourself normal?

It's been a few weeks since I posted. Just wanted to give some new updates and a small revelation/trick I had. I had a few more sexual encounters with the girl i'm dating. I'm still using different drugs everytime, but today I actually got a blowjob in the university library's bathroom, which was pretty cool, since I never in a million years expected ever to be able to get an erection in such an environment. I did have some PT-141 and viagra 24 hours before, but I think that was mostly out of my system already, yet I could still perform (in sitting position).

Since my problem is at least for a large part due to arousal issues (although I'm convinced I have some venous leak stuff going on simultaneously), I noticed that when I focus intensely on ejaculating (both mentally and physically by flexing my PC muscles as hard as possible) I can maintain an erection much easier. I have tried this before, however, the discovery I made is that while flexing my PC muscles, I did not feel myself really getting closer to orgasm. The trick is to KEEP FLEXING THEM WITH EVERYTHING YOU HAVE EVEN IF YOU DON'T FEEL ANYTHING. Even though it feels like nothing is happening, you will all of a sudden feel the urge to ejaculate. Then, when I reach the point of almost orgasming, I relax. So switching positions is still not really possible, but who knows i will manage in the future.

My main concern though is that that will create psychological dependency, so I'm a bit hesistant.

Man you sound just like me as far as arousal issues and such. I respond to treatments the same way and found my best meds to be higher sildenafil or injections. I also had success with PT141 but made me nauseas. Have you ever taken any antidepressants? I have pssd from stopping an antidepressant cold turkey a few years ago. I have the same lack of arousal etc. the injections work good because they bypass all of that but it’s still a pain in the ass. If you can afford it look into Botox. I have been doing that and it helps a good bit for Ed about four months at a time.

One thing people criticizing the op that they don't understand is most of the time, is a multiple of factor, heck experiencing this affects your self esteem ,confidence, mental health etc

That's why I said before a malleable implant would bring your confidence back
