Hey Guys,
Its been about 6 months since I have received my implant and everything is all good. However, sometimes when I pump up to a good amount, the pump becomes really hard to press. I try to give it another squeeze, the pump slips out of my fingers and moves to the other sides of the scrotum.
1) Am I doing any harm or damage to the pump/tubing if the pump slips out of my fingertips while squeezing it?
2) Is this normal? Does the pump also slip out of your fingers occasionally?
Thanks,
AverageBloke

Re: Pump slips from fingers
I'm new to this so you could probably teach me a few things being that I am only 5 weeks out. The only thing I have learned is it is a two handed operation, the second hand used to keep the pump from slipping through your fingers. A couple times it was like shooting marbles, and my nuts didn't like it. I would be interested in any solutions guys come up with.

AverageBloke,
OMG yes, it does slip from time to time. So far, no degradation to the pump or tubing.
Try holding the tubing end of the pump while you pump. There is a learning curve to inflating/deflating.

Re: Pump slips from fingers
Use 2 hands. One holding the tubing where it enters the valve block. Use the other hand to squeeze the ball. squeeze between the center of the ball and the valve block.

I use two hands also. But I do not hold the tubing. Early on, I learned to hold the valve body with thmb and forefinger reaching over the base of my penis while the other hand (forefinger and the base of my thumb) squeezes the pump bulb.
Lately, I just stabilize the pump body by pressing my thumb on the top of the base of my penis and queeze the bulb with the other hand's forefinger and base of my thumb. With practice the bulb almost never slips away.

Re: Pump slips from fingers
Mine slips out of my fingers occasionally. Best method I've found is bend the right index finger, place the bulb in the bend by the knuckle. Right thumb on top of the bulb. Left fingers support the bulb and pump to try to keep it in place, and squeeze with right thumb.

Re: Pump slips from fingers
pump at the top of the ball where it meets the valve and tubing (ie, half your finger is on the top, half of the finger tip is on the ball).
