surgeon?

Postby Colandria » Sun Oct 23, 2022 10:04 am

Hi, so I've decided to get an implant. I have narrowed down my choice of surgeons to either dr Eid or dr. Clavell. If Anyone with experience with either of these surgeons wouldn't mind posting about their experience it would be greatly appreciated! I do t know of it makes a difference but I am pretty well endowed and hoping to keep it that way haha. Thanks guys! This forum has literally pulled me out of a depression I thought would be forever.

Had a very positive experience with Eid -- in my book, he is the master of all the implant docs, though Hakky is also great. Both are very personable guys with vast experience.
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.

I am not implanted but from what I have read on these boards it seems like Eid is more of a straightforward implant Doctor where Clavell deals with more complicated cases where there are other issues that the man has that the Doctor needs to work around.

Canada is pretty big. But if you are center to east then Eid is a good option but expensive. He is well thought of and if he is closest to you that might be your best choice. There are other pretty good doctors in the north part of the US. Levine in Chicago, Brandt in Minnesota, Walsh in Milwaukee. These 3 are on Surgeo https://surgeo.com/penile-implant and you can see the cost of the surgery to compare with Eid and Clavell. The Surgeo cost also includes a 3rd party insurance policy for the first year after surgery. You can search this site for these 3 doctors. Levine is the one I have read the most about. But if you are closest to Eid or not a lot farther away he would be the best choice if you can pay the extra cost. Don't forget to figure travel and hotel costs. And travel time. If this is not just a straightforward implant and you have some additional work that needs to be done, then either of your first 2 choices would be good and I would go with the one that has the shortest travel time to return from after surgery.

Good luck.
