After implant, what is the recommended pocket rocket?

question: If I get an implant I am hearing that i can take something else, for engorgement of the front of the member, correct? the implant will not do this part for me.
Pray tell, what do you folks suggest for this? I have hear of TRT and a small daily? or at the moment 5(.5?) pill of cialis?

5mg of Cialis is great for daily use so you don't have to worry about taking a pill at a specific time. However if you can take a Viagra and hour before sex it does work better than cialis

If you get an implant you won't need anything else. My glans engorge during sex. That's a whole different set of veins and arteries that supply blood up there.

You already got great advice from the other two guys. I have always taken 5 of the Cialis daily because it lowers blood pressure and also helps with BPH. Of course it also helps with erections. I’m one of the guys who is lucky enough to have the rods go well into my glans so I never really had an issue with what some people call floppy head. I do notice I still sometimes feel engorgement when I get turned on with a girl I’m not sure if it’s just a natural function or if it’s the Cialis, but either way it wasn’t a problem for me and it isn’t a problem for a lot of guys, I agree Viagra works better but part of the reason I got the implant was not have to worry about pills or shots before sex. In my case due to prostate removal, I did not respond with pills only injections. With the implant the head still did not engorge, however someone on FT mentioned tri-mix gel. I asked Eid and he prescribed it, and it does the trick. The gel is compounded and is inserted in the urethra with and applicator (not an injection) and in about 5 min my head is engorged, and my shaft is even thicker...add a stiff implant and it's a monster lol

What's your TRT protocol? And do you still get the same natural engorgement with the Tower of Power (malleable) as you did with the Robo Cock (inflatable)?

I’d say it’s similar engorgement but until I’m actually ok’d for sex I’ll have to hold off on my comment about the malleable. I definitely got more engorgement when I was using tri-mix, but the titan wasn’t far behind.

I’m normally at 200mg a week of test Cyp, which I inject 100 mg twice a week to help keep levels stable. I stay between 900-1100 for total test.
