Venous leak surgery

When I get multiple doplers I was positive for venous leak surgery my surgeon thinks it’s better for me to do the surgery instead me of getitng an implant and he gives me full confidence that he will close up the leak idk what to say this but idk what do u guys this has anyone here had it done ?

In my case it didn't work.

I had an occlusion procedure, through deep dorsal vein embolization.
With good inflow velocity in both cavernous arteries.
All penile structures were rated as normal.
After the procedure, I was able to have penetrative sex once, using sildenafil, it seemed promising, but that was it.
In the following Doppler, the internal pudendal vein was increased in caliber and flow.
I have erections, but they don't stay hard.
The doctor said that is all with this procedure.
We tried various mixtures of injections, all failed.
Now waiting for an implant. This week

But this is my case, I would not stop trying this procedure. There are cases of success, in certain circumstances. Luck

PS:
Looking back, I've always had this venous leak, it just happened to be offset by a large inflow.
The usual problems with condoms weren't really about the condoms (well this was a combination because all condoms were too small for me, lol).
The problems with the positions weren't about the positions.
The problems with concentration weren't about concentration.
Venous Leak.
