Well I'm a 21 year old with probable venous leak, and cialis doesn't work.

Basically I've had erection problems for as long as I can remember. But I recently started to worry about it, I thought it was normal not to have a morning erection, etc.

Cycleing is a term used after you are implanted and have completed the healing stage. You pump it up as hard as you can get it, and leave it hard for 1/2 hour. You do this 1 0r 2 times a day. The Boston Scientific AMS 700 lgx is made from a material that will stretch with use. This stretching will fill your tunica completely. Doctors under size because they are afraid of installing an implant that is to long. With the AMS 700lgx, they can install an implant that is 1-2 cm shorter than their measurement. With cycling you will soon be expanded to you maximum natural size. I was back to my old size in 3 months. Your glans is filled by other nerves than your erection nerves. What some doctors recommend prior to implantation are exercises with a vacuum device (VED) or stretching with the appropriate device.
The result is variable, but they help keep what you have.
Consult your doctor, regarding the size, there are enlargement techniques, but as far as I know, they are usually reserved for cases of micro penis, since they are aggressive techniques.
