Re: Fibrosis, peyronie, smallers cylinders
I think the answer is maybe. I've read of several FT members who have had their fibrosis tissue cut through & cylinders implanted. So getting the implant cylinders into the penis while requiring some work, is entirely possible. The only issue that I see is that a surgeon that knows how to cut through the fibrosis must be used.
I think the smaller cylinders are designed for men without a lot of girth. Cylinders come in different lenghts so short penises can be implanted. So short or skinny penises can recieve implants.
It appears that Boston Scientific seems to offer implants for all men. Dealing with fibrosis is something your surgeon should take care of. Not by just using narrow cylinders because he is unskilled or lazy.
This is all based upon my reading. I do not work in the medical field.
Good luck.

FWIW, I had a huge Peyronie's plaque mass which constricted one of my cavernosa. Yet my Dr. was able to fracture, break up the plaque and get an 18 x 12 (which seems to be a fairly average width?) pair of cylinders in my penis. So, yes even with Peyronie's a good surgeon can implant you.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.
