How to choose?
Believe it or not I have an appointment with three different implant surgeons. One is the Dr that was recommended by my Urologists office at Vanderbilt, but I can find virtually no info on him online. Dr Neils Vass Johnsen. The second is a surgeon out of Knoxville that comes one day a week to a town close to me. Dr John Lacy. The third is with Dr Dean Knoll in Nashville that has done over 7000 implants and AUS surgeries. He is retiring soon so I feel lucky to get a consultation with him. Now to just decide which appointments to keep!

It's a thought, but 2 of them are 100 miles away from me. Hard to get that much time off of work to go driving everywhere for consultations.

I went with Dr Eid, a few states away from me, and never met him in person before the day before surgery. My consult with him was over the phone.
Early 30s with ED from jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

There may be distance and it may be a hassle but it is major surgery and your "dick" has been with you many years.

Experience is my answer. You don't want anything to go wrong with this surgery.
Try to have a phone, video chat or other virtual meeting with the docs who are far away. I'm sure they can set something up if you let them know how far away you are.

Re: How to choose?
I agree with the other guys that you want an experienced doctor who's known to be successful. This is considered a major surgery, and you don't want it done poorly.
Old Guy's suggestion of video or phone meetings should work. If you're not sure, I think you should try to meet with all three, even if a couple of them are via phone or video. You've already scheduled the appointments. I would be hesitant to go with either of the long-distance guys if they balk at phone or video appointments.
It's 2022. Everyone should be able to have remote meetings.

Re: How to choose?
My first appointment is with the guy I mentioned in Nashville that has the most experience. After I meet with him I'll make the decision of I want to meet with the other two.

Re: How to choose?
I would ask the experienced guy if he would do my surgery,
Some of these guys use others and "supervise".

agree with Wolfpacker -- he in my opinion the master of IPP
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.
