Does implant guarantee sexual intercourse 100%?

Hi friends,

When we choose penis implant and we return to bionic, is it 100% guaranteed that we will always penetrate to vagina? Does implant mean always succesful sexual intercourse?
is there any nightmare scenario or probability that we can not insert penis to vagina altough we have implant?

i have read some posts in this forum about people who have both implant and also using viagra or trimix. How can it be possible to still use viagra or injections if implants guarantee sexual intercourse 100%?

Yes, whether vaginal or anal, the implant guarantees penetration. Some of us use Sildenafil or Trimix gel (not injections!) to help engorge the glans which is separate from an erection whether it's natural or via an implant.

What is wrong with glans that we may need engorgement when we have implant? is it because of unsuccessful implant surgery or personal anatomic differences?

Engorgement of the glands is completely unrelated with implant. My surgeon said if I got engorged before it should be the same afterwards. So I was using a ton of cialis and viagra prior to implant and after implant I got engorgement but not as much as I was used to. So I now use 5 mg daily Cialis and have really nice engorgement. Yes can have penetrating sex any time I want it for as long as I want it.. as long as I or she can pump it up. Heck if I were passed out if she wanted sex she could pump me up and ride all nite.lol

SteveSW, thanks for pointing out the its Trimix GEL, not injections because I was going to say the same thing! Injection will cost you, lol, and your Dr. will probably read you the riot act several times over.

Denmark3400, don't forget that an erection really helps having sex. But a willing & able partner is required also.

At one of my follow-ups, my Dr and I were discussing my poor glans engorgement, and I brought up that I missed how Trimix did such a great job on that score. I mentioned however that injecting was off the menu, and he said he had just done a revision on a guy who punctured a cylinder by injecting. How could one be so reckless?

I've heard of people doing that. It's crazy. They have to be completely oblivious as to how an implant works.

No, I don't think it is that, I just think they were not TOLD not to do it and the reason why. Yes, if you THINK about it, then yeah, that would be reckless, but if you are just coming off of injections, and not thinking about the implant, it would be a go-to think with really bad consequences.
Most people would remember stuff if they were told the 'why' (except kids, lol).

If the implant works the way it is supposed to be( done properly by a qualified surgeon) and there are no other issues(mechanical or others) then I dont see a reason why it wouldnt work for an intercourse..
