Angle of penis

Hi everyone,

I was implanted on August 1 and I really am pleased with my newfound ability to get hard as steel and stay that way as long as I want to. The thing that is bothering me though is that when erect my penis points down at about a 30 degree angle from horizontal. We tried having sex this morning for the first time since I was implanted and it was difficult to penetrate her, I think because of that angle. Possibly her vagina is tight now because we haven't had sex in years. I'm not sure. This mIght just take some experimentation. I can certainly manually adjust the angle if I need to.

My penis is and always has been quite small. It's actually more girthy since the implant, and I'm happy about that, but not happy about the downward angle.

My experience was that it just has taken time. It took me 4 months of pumping to achieve a 4:00 angle (imagine a wall clock). After a year, with a lot of pumping, I can basically achieve a 3:30 angle. Mine does not point straight out even after a year, but I had other issues going in.

Keep cycling and give it time. It certainly got better in my case. I’ve also invested in a sex swing, which I’ve found helps doggystyle better for her, given my dick still points a bit downward.

I have no clue as to what causes our end result to wind up looking the way they do. Anatomy? Combination of implant plus RTEs? Both? Sheer luck? Any or all of the above.

Three months after surgery, I pointed straight out. 3 o’clock.

Six months…..there was sort of an upward curve to my dick, we just dismissed it as looking like it did before surgery.

After a year or so, pumping up to the max, I’ve got damn near a 45 degree angle. I’m not bragging. I did nothing to cause this. Did I have that kind of angle at age 17? Probably. At age 50? Hell no.

I believe the 3 o’clock, 90 degree angle with the body, parallel to the floor while standing is most prevalent from reading posts on here. However, outcomes like mine don’t seem to be unheard of.

My first thought is if you haven't had sex in years, I would get some quality silicone lube to help her out.

Things will work themselves out as your implant gets broken in. The first three months following implantation - I was at 4:00 - 5:00 PM inflated and hard as a rock. Now, at about the year and a half mark, I am somewhere between 2:00 - 3:00 PM.

I suspect your partner may need some lube as Aman suggested.

If you are satisfied with your implant at this point, you are going to love it in a year! Enjoy the process and cycle, cycle, cycle. Best to you on your journey.

Thanks for the responses. Oh yes, we definitely used lube this morning. I think we have to get used to the angle, and as suggested, I'm hoping that with cycling, over time my dick will be much closer to horizontal. I do have hope, because if I do a kegel when my penis is really hard, I can get it a little more toward the horizontal now.

Don't pump 100% hard and you can bend it where wanted.

I had this penetration problem also after my implant. Mine is at 3 o'clock and base isn't flexible at all. The missionary position wasn't a good option unless we use a pillow. Try a side position while she is facing you or she rides you on top.

Oldbeek, I don't think that is the problem. In fact we did a little better after pumping a bit more. It's just going to take some experimentation, I think, with a pillow or different positions as FinallyBionic said.
