Venous leak question

It’s hard for me to get it up even with porn but once I stimulate I get hard as a rock but when I let go it goes to about 80 to 90% and then it goes soft or semi in 30 seconds. Do u guys think that this should be the reason to get a implant or sex can be manageable .

I have the same problem.
I am getting Implanted Oct 5th.
Started with Viagra at age 40. Worked good for about 12 years.
Tried Trimix injections, worked great for about 8 years
Now Trimix no longer works.
I got implant on Oct 26th 2022.

I guess I'm wondering if you consider it manageable now?
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.

are you implanting without having tried anything else? if you have the same problem as drayan123 there are pills as the first therapy, implantation is the last option

I have started with Viagra then VED, and Trimix injections.
Viagra worked for around 12 years.
VED wasn't good even with the cock ring.
Trimix worked great for around 8 years.
When i started on Trimix my uro told me I would eventually need an implant.
So here I am. ;)

I suppose you could try injections and buy some more time, but of course they usually have a price...
I went the whole route like Jimmy and got an implant which I have been very happy with.

Get it treated, it is often a slow decline - I was like that a decade ago.
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML
