Which model is best for girth and length expansion?

The CX only does girth expansion, LGX does length and girth expansion

Thanks for the reply. Is one more rigid than the other?

They're both capable of being pumped up "as hard as an iron bar", much harder than you'd use for sex. You can pump about 70%-80% for a more natural feel for sex.

If you have a large natural girth (more than 5") the Titan may give you a better chance at retaining all that girth.

AMS 700CV kept all of my 6"+ girth.

I’ve got an LGX. Pumped up my penis reminds me more of a fire hydrant than a fire hose. I remember it being much bigger. I think of the song “Is that all there is”. Hopefully it will expand.

LGX. It stands for Length and Girth Expansion.

It's like a iron bar.

The other day I had to hold apart two beams of wood to fasten them, I was up a ladder.

I did think of a convenient spacer.

But sense took over and I climbed down.

It would have worked though.

Your anatomy will decide what you are going to get. LGX is less girthier than CX and Titan. I also read here from a member (Don't remember who) that LGX expansion doesn't mean that it is going to expand over time. It shrinks in both length and girth when deflated and expands when inflated. This makes sense to me, as the cylinders can reach a max length within a few months expanding through the tissue. Most of patients get longer cylinders with revisions. This might be due to regular inflating and blood vessels get filled every now and then, which reverses the shrinkage that happened due to years of non-use.

I'm pretty sure that's not true.

The idea of the LGX is that it recovers length and girth over time, that's what the name is about. That's what it did for many here, inlcuding me.

It's not merely that is it refering to the greater difference between inflated and deflated states. Although that the LGX does have a larger difference than the other two.

The titan will give more girth than either AMS.

I'm not sure if the LGX provides more girth than the CX. I susupect it does, but may be wrong.

The LGX will give more length than the CX over time, all other things being equal.

Jury is out between LGX and Titan regarding length.

What matters most is that you are sized well; the LGX permits a greater margin of error, to compensate for undersizing through expansion over time. AMS also has antibacterial coating. So if you're diabetic, it's the one.

Titan seems to have a weak point in the connections, the tubing, but seems to result in better outcomes, in my opinion. At least aesthetically.

I agree with you on the fact that, if you are undersized, LXG can expand overtime. However, there is a limit for this expansion. In normal cases, where the patient is properly sized, no model can take him over the original size. Simply the cylinder tips can go no further inside the glans. If we are talking girth-wise, Titan will give you the larger girth, then CX, and finally LGX. So, if I am looking for more girth, I would rather select Titan or CX, than getting a smaller girth with LGX and wait for it to expand. LGX is relatively new in the market. We can't really judge if using it can get the patient more expansion in the future than Titan or CX. Many members here with either model report size gains and (regains) over a year or so from implant date.
That is why I believe informing your doctor about your preferences and letting him select the appropriate model for you will be the best way to go.
