Malleable implant and injections

I met a guy who switched from a 3 pieces to a malleable after a failure, one of the softer in the market. He told me that he uses trimix injection for sex and he's totally happy, even happier than when he had the 3 pieces because trimix provides him a very good additional erection and glans engorgement.
I never heard about injection after implant. I know for sure that it's not possible with a 3 pieces because the risks of hitting the cylinders. But I'm interested to know if anybody else heard that with a malleable/semirigid.
