Thinking about an Implant

Hi
I've been looking at the forum for a few months and this is my first post. I'm UK based and have been a T1 diabetic for nearly 50 years. I'm currently 57.
I've had ED for over 10 years and viagra and Cialis no longer work although I'm prescribed 5 mg of the latter each day. Pumps don't work for me and I'm now trying 20 mg Caverject, which only gets me 80% there. I get morning erections still but they don't last long.
So I'm thinking about an implant and my Urologist has recommended 3 surgeons at UCL. These are David Ralph, Suks Minhas or Asif Muneer.
Does anyone have any experience of these surgeons that they can share? Also can people give other recommendations?
Thanks
