Years after implant recently having pain in groin

Which probably has nothing to do with the implant, but wondering if that is a possible cause somehow …groin pain on left side, same as inflation pump. Will probably turn out to be caused by bad hip, small (but stuck somewhere) kidney stone...or ?

Age 68, widower in 2017, remarried 2019. Viagra worked at first but less and less so as time went on. Never tried injections. AMS 700 LGX 15cm (2cm RTE) Implant 6/19/19 Broderick @ Mayo C. JAX.

FWIW after posting the above, I did a thorough self exam of testicles and could not produce any pain, no hints of hernia bulges, no swelling...so must be something else. So, since, it could be dozens of things no need to speculate at this point...
