intial appt. with Dr. Karpman re Titan - any guidance ?

heading towards an Oct. 6 appt with Dr. Karpman in Los Gatos CA for preliminary scheduling of a Titan PI. Would be grateful for any guidance on what to discuss and/or thoughts about other surgeons in SF Bay area. Have been using Trimix successfully for a couple of years but figuring that since I will live with ED for life (now 68) might as well go bionic. Thanks!
