Why so many bad reviews about David Ralph online!

Hello, I have to undergo a penile implant surgery (in europe, i life in Austria) because 5.5years of impotence after a not necessary operation (Herwig destroyed me you can read in young men category) are enough for me!

Now I am researching for the best implanter in europe.
Dr. Antonini (Italy) make the infrapubic approach which I dont like. Dr. Osmonov (Germany) would be great but have to wait 4months till the surgery and it s very long.

From all my research here is David Ralph one of the best high volume implanter in europe. I am confident to choose him but after google him and look after his reviews (for example google 1.8stars/5) or also at other reviews it seems that hes not the best choice.

If anyone could tell me his experience with Ralph it would be great.

2 members here (irishguy, clementis) who had Ralph as surgeon, I am in contact with.
irishguy is very happy with the outcome (9years ago)
clementis had a solid outcome but the post operative care was not existing from his experience and also he is having after some weeks problems with the pump, maybe already resolved dont know.

So If anyone can recommend me another european surgeon (high volume implanter) or give me more informations about David Ralph would be great!

hello, the reason why you don't like infrapubic? yet they say that healing is much faster, even paul perito is an infrapubic, a teacher of antonines

Because in this region are many nerves (the chance of feeling less after surgery ist higher from my research). Also I think the scar is more visible compared with penoscrotal. The pump placement is also not as good as with penoscrotal. IT seems the only benefit is that the implanter ist faster and IT s easier to install and faster able to cycle.

Also Antonini seems for me just a seller and there was a story here at FT dont know his name but he had 2 surgeries with Antonini and all 2 fails then he went to Eid also to long cylinders but much better outcome as with Antonini. Thats why not infrapubic and Antonini for me. Maybe you will BE happy and I wasnt right.

the boy you say I know him well, I am very sorry the ordeal he has gone through, rightly the disappointment he had is immense, perhaps he could better clarify with a cold mind what really happened, at the beginning we thought of an infection, then I lost my traces of what really happened, apart from the replacement of the pump it seems to me, and then the second pump that has stopped working, I am always on the patient's side because you have to be very careful when a doctor performs this procedure, apart from the economic side which in Italy is without guarantees

He works in a university clinic (Kiel) and not private so he dont make advertising.

But after my research he`s the most experienced and talented high volume implanter in germany.
The price is very low cause he works for a hospital. I think around 13-15.000 Euro.

and ask there your questions. But at the moment waiting periodes for 3-4months. And If Corona is there again they cancel all elective surgeries (IPP) for example.
Thats the reason why I would fly to London to Ralph. So If anybody can give me reviews about him IT would be perfect.

the reviews i read on ralph are good, i saw osmonov on youtube, he is a urologist like many others who do an implant every now and then with the ssn as there are also in italy, you will not want to compare osmonov with antonini who is dedicated to 90% implants and also teaches urologists in Italy and abroad, even in Italy it is possible to make the 15 k implant, by doctor patrizio neighbors and others, but they do one every now and then

We will see, in 22th September I will travel to Ralph to see him in person.
All Infos about Ralph would be perfect, because I Just hear good Infos here nur bad reviews online that doesnt make sense to me!
