If you have a natural girth of 6 3/4"s or above you will likely lose girth. There's not an implant that can give you back that kind of girth including the Titan. Personal experience here
70 year old, Married 53 years with two adult children.
Tried pills, herbs, and Trimix. Implanted by Dr. Hakky , in Atlanta, on the 1st, of September. Titan XL 24cm's with two 1.5cm"s RTE"s

That is absolutely comically untrue.

Not a universal, not by a longshot. There are zero "givens" with this process, no matter which device, no matter which surgeon.

There are variables galore here. My advice is to seek out high function and to use your newly-found implant function relentlessly, and to de-prioritize the mostly subtle nuances of girth. Just one opinion, but from a guy who lost girth with a huge Titan and who is 100% happy with these results.

Well I didn’t have that kind of girth before my implant so I guess yes, there are variables to that. I was completely revised after one year and I can say that my second one has gained more girth than the first. Probably because for a year with my first titan I was stretched daily so the second one has gained on the first, if that makes sense. All I know is I can’t wait to make my wife scream and cum again soon

I'm reading that the AMS 700 LGX may be able to regain lost length due to ED and a Radical Prostatectomy.

Can anybody confirm that statement?

Does anybody know if the Coloplast Titan has that potential (to restore lost length)?
64 yrs old. ED since 2012. Too many side effects from the pills. Currently battling prostate cancer and am considering an implant (which I recently found out was a possibility to overcome the ED).

That, after all, is the goal.

Absolutely.

While it feels like I don't quite have the qualifications to confirm anything officially, I do believe it not only may be able to but that it will be likely to regain your length loss due to both having ED and a radical prostatectomy. To regain ED loss, use a VED starting months before - numerous reputable and current peer-reviewed medical studies have reported VED treatment pre-implant allows the surgeon to install larger cylinders. For radical prostatectomy, I don't know anything about those, but my first guess is there's no reason that would stop them, and secondly yes, in this study 16 of the patients had radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer and are included in the tables below that document their size increases:
Among the 82 patients undergoing penile prosthesis implantation, 45 (median age 61 years) were suitable for an AMS 700 LGX (Table 1). Indications for implantation were Peyronie’s disease in 15 patients (33%), vascular impotence in 12 patients (27%, 8 of whom were diabetic) and pelvic surgery in 18 patients (40%), of whom two had radical cystectomy plus orthotropic diversion for muscular invasive transitional cell carcinoma and 16 had radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer.

They certainly have the potential. VED treatment and other exercises aren't some proprietary concept only held by Boston Scientific and the AMS. Same applies, VED use before for larger cylinders, and Titan's don't have the expansion properties mentioned about the AMS but I don't think that stops VED use and other exercises from being effective.

Honestly, that is a very good question. I think it is a definite maybe. The AMS instruction manual, says that once the two penis lengths are added together. The surgeon is to subtract 2cm from that inorder to determine the implant lenght to be used.
I looked at the instructions maybe a little over 2 years ago. I guess that there is a chance that they've been revised by now.
Lots of tricks have been developed by some of the better surgeons. Eid doesn't like RTE's. He uses mainly Titans. If the penis mesaurements are close, but less that the next size up of implant. He'll trim a little off of the implant so the bigger length fits rather than adding a lot of RTE's to the smaller size. To the best of my knowledge he is the only one willing to do that. But I'll leave open the chance that someone else is doing it.
On YouTube, posted by Boston Scientific. They now own AMS. Is a great video of an implant conference talking about AMS implants. I strongly suggest that anybody listening to it to use headphones. There are some very interesting comments made that should help you decide the answer to your question.
Despite many heart felt claims of who is best. Any inflatable implant sold in the USA are pretty darned good. Its going to be the quaility of your surgeon, any preexisting conditions, your cycling timeline & dedication that makes the biggest difference.
Visit a very well nationally respected doctor near you. Have a long discussion about your concerns. If he can't or won't allay your fears. Move on. Btw, remember. Their main goal is an erection that works. Not a huge penis. Some are also interested in restoring as much of your orginal size as possible. Find that guy.

I am hesitant to say that, yes, I have actually gained length from my pre-op size.
Why hesitant? Because it is something that shouldn't really be possible. I don't think I have ever heard of anyone having this experience.
Hence I don't want to create any unrealistic hopes for anyone reading this.
Also, I am not stupid and therefore I just cannot rule out that there is any other explanation to what I see. If nobody else gain length, why should I?

But anyway, my pre-op size was always 16-17 cm on my best Viagra erection. This is 6.3"-6.7".
Eid measured me to 16 cm before surgery, but that was with an injection which only gave me a semi, and then he basically performed a stretch test on me.
Plus, he didn't really press his ruler as tight to my pubic bone as is possible. Which by the way is quite hard during a stretch test, since the skin above the dick extends as well and makes it impossible to really hit the pubic bone with that ruler.

Immediately after surgery I was shorter, something like 15.5 cm (6.1"), but that was before I could properly inflate my implant to full hardness.
Nowadays, I measure around 18.5 cm (7.3") with full inflation, full glans engorgement and fully bone pressed. Measured right above my dick, from pubic bone till tip of penis.
As said, I understand this is controversial ands shouldn't really be possible. But it is what I see.
I am fully open to optional explanations.
Perhaps my ED never allowed me to have a 100% full erection before surgery? Maybe. But with Viagra on a good day it was truly hard, even if not for long, but long enough to measure.
Perhaps my ED didn't give my glans the proper engorgement, even if my shaft did get fully hard from the Viagra. And then after my sclerotherapy, my glans can now fully engorge? Maybe. But the effect from the sclerotherapy vanished after a few months, and I think my glans was as hard before on a good day as it is now.
Did I lose weight, so that bone pressed now is something else than bone pressed then? No I didn't.
Do I overdo the bone pressed concept now vs in the past, i.e. pressing it tighter? I honestly don't think so.

Still, even if I don't believe so, I am open to that there could be a mix of these factors explaining why my dick is 2 cm (0.8") longer now than before implant.

So what implant do I have? A Titan.
Did I do some extreme cycling, dick-pulling program for years after surgery? No. Quite moderate cycling, not even twice per day, and definitely not 30 minutes each time. And for several years now I never cycle ever. Just inflating when using it 2-3 times per week.
