For the past few weeks my cycling has been unnaturally painful, at 2 months I can manage 80-90% inflation for about 10 minutes on a good day. one month after surgery, I was able to do 30 minutes per day. After my usualy cycling I noticed my penis attempting to turtle. The old HF tight pelvic floor sensation is also there. I'm guessing the anasthetic temporarily subdued my HF, giving me the illusion it was gone after the surgery.
For some reason i keep thinking that the cycling is this painful because my tunica is starting to choke the implant. It's also starting to slightly point to the right. Potentially from the PF dysfunction slightly pulling in one direction.
Am I being needlessly paranoid or could this be a potential situation happening. The bright side is if everything goes to shit, no doctor could claim HF doesn't exist. So my sacrifice wouldn't be in vain.

I think you will be ok. It's normal to have worries. How is your flaccid btw. Does it look normale in clothes of does it give you a lot second eyes?

Ehy man, I hope you can relax knowing that you are not the first one who got an implant with hard flaccid. Viaswiss, cinidium, membrillo etc . Also on peyronieforums you can find many others and nobody had his penis chocked and these issues you are having will likely resolve with time.
I know it must be scary to have persistent pain but couldn't it be related to something else? I remember you said that one of the tips wasn't exactly in the glans maybe? Have you tried discussing it with your doctor?
It cuold be that because of the poor elasticity of the tunica while flaccid (caused by HF) your have been slightly undersized, and so now the tips of the cylinders are causing you pain
Also after so many years suffering with ED it's normal to have a bit of paranoia thinking that it wuold be too good to be true if your problems were finally fixed. So your mind wonder and always think the worst case scenario, don't let this happen.

Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar

I do not believe I an undersized, after a few pumps the tips balance out in my glans, and my length has been preserved (with some girth loss). I hope so, cycling is still very painful 2 months from surgery. I will keep everybody here updated.
