two days after surgery (strange reinflation)

I was implanted a few days ago, everything seems fine to me, pain almost zero, I have a bruise between the end of the scrotum and the anus because the dressing was not done well. Today I removed the dressing and I saw this swelling on the left side, it doesn't seem normal to me, what do you think?

Wow, that looks fantastic! Is that a Titan or a AMS?
1978, male Netherlands. ED due Propecia use. Currently using cialis.
Thinking about Penile Implant.

Being only two and 1/2 weeks into my implant journey keeps me from an expert, but I wouldn't panic unless I didn't have a follow-up visit with my surgeon planned soon. Seems there's no reason to think swelling and bruising will be symmetrical in a human body which has its own quirks.
Decades+ ED; finally ultrasound showed venous leak+arterial insufficiency. Infrapubic (Yay!) implant by Dr. Karpman 8/9/22; with 13 cm distal, 9 proximal Titan. Cleared for new life 9/1/22 and hoping to make up for lost time.

I vaguely remember one post where a similar bulge was due to cylinder coming out cause stitches didn't heal well. Hopefully this isn't the case here.

I hope so, I wrote to the surgeon and he told me he should come down ... Monday I have a checkup ...
