One of my doubts is always that I am 40 years old and if I had an implant and if God wanted me to live until I was 70, I am not sure how many revisions I would have to have. Are there people here with more than one revision and that it goes totally well? I am not sure between the total recovery and the revision how much time there is to be calm and without worries

That depends but the majority last 10 years or at least that is the published data. Some last longer and others shorter.

The question has been answered in many other threads on this site. The answer is when you are no longer able to function and want that part of your life back is the time for implant. Think about where you are now and if you are not able to have erections for sex with a partner then the implant will let you do that. And even if the surgery fails and cannot be attempted again you will be no worse off than you were before the surgery. But if it succeeds you will have years of that part of your life back. 1 will be 10 years, 2 will be 20 years, 3 will be 70. There is no guarantee of this but that is the 80% of mens amount of time the device will last.
