Difficult orgasm 2.5 months after implant

I love my implant it's great but I am struggling to have an orgasm. Takes a whole lot of work and many times just can't get over that edge.

I noticed my glands aren't engorging as much as they used to which may be part of the issue.

Anyone else have this. Is it something that gets better with time?

Have you tried taking pills like Viagra/Cialis while having sex with the implant? If not I would highly recommend it
Early 30s with ED from jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

Aug 2024 revision to AMS CX 24cm + 2rte

I have not tried pills since implant but will give it a try.

Two factors have impeded my ability to have orgasms during sex: drinking too much and being too inflated which seems to shrink my glans. But she always has one ,which wasn't the case prior to implant. And if I don't, I just call it a partial success and jerk off the next day. Just my experience fwiw.
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.

In my opinion .
69 y/0, ed for approx 25 years, pills worked up until 2-years ago, tri-mix lots of different mixtures, none worked worth a crap, Bad V/l , implanted 4/20/22 dr Perito / Miami -he’s pretty damn good at what he does. titan, with genesis pump 21 cm…
