VEDs with Implants: Implants Deflated or Inflated?

What is the "industry standard" on this? I certainly don't want to be the guy that damages those expensive cylinders if an external vacuum runs that risk.

I don't think there is one. I seem to be having good success using it for 10-15 minutes deflated, then inflating it and doing it 10-15 mins more. And also using it deflated but inflating while my dick is still in the VED. Or, using it while inflated then deflating it while in the VED and inflating it again. And so on.

It's simply vacuum suction on your dick. Doesn't really matter exactly what state your dick currently resides. Neither your dick nor the device is that unstable.

For what it’s worth, the mighty Dr. K told me today that the internal pump should provide all the stimulus and exercise from which I can benefit. And inflating me fully for the first time to where it hurt mightily tells me I’ve got a little skin yet to stretch. So I am going to trust this cook so to speak because I haven’t been able to put any pastries on the table until he came along. Of course your mileage may vary.

But I do have a surplus vacuerect system barely used available…

I have some extra skin around my shat when inflated. I used the VED for a long time before my surgery. The VED stretched me a lot. So hopefully when I start back with the VED it will help with my girth, because I have lost about .5 inches. Although that will be in about 4 more weeks, not sure about being inflated or not. Meet with Dr. Hakky on Monday.

I can't imagine damaging the implant chambers...but when I use VED it pulls my junk up into the cylinder such that I am worried that it could separate my pump from the implant, ie damaged/pull apart the tubing?

I only use my VED with my Implant inflated.Common sense tells me this is best.Been doing it almost to years with great results and use it to engorgement!

Over time I picked up 1/2” in girth and about the same in length.

I waited about 3 months after surgery to use it.I use it every morning when doing the morning routine of shaving,Meds and shower.Also use it for sex.If I’m board I’ll use it during the day or at night.Most of the time for about 15 minutes,all of these sessions are with the ring on.I think the key is finding a ring that will hold the blood in and still allow ejaculation.Works great for me!I use a Vitality Medical No.7 ring.Hope this helps!
