Natural Engorgement Fluctuating

I’ve recently been experiencing less than my regular natural engorgement when aroused & my pre-pumped implant doesn’t seem as plump in my pants.

Do these type situations fluctuate periodically like with stress & other psychological things that may arise?

Also, premature ejaculation has been present recently as well.

Any input would be greatly appreciated

I can only give guidance on part of your question.
Early in my ED treatment, my doctor prescribed pills. He made an offhand comment that a firmer erection would help if I had any pe. I never had complaints about pe, he just threw that into the conversation. I believe that he was correct cause our love making time went up a little.
My guess is that if your engorgement improves that your pe will improve.

Definitely seems that a limper penis is more prone for early ejaculation
