Keen to see how many on here still use viagra or cialis for additional engorgement?

I have had my MRI today to determine exactly how short my implant is. Due to the cylinder tips going no where near the glans the last quarter of my shaft is floppy.

I have just started dating the most amazing girl and we are both keen to take things to the next level. She knows all about my implant and knows it will be replaced at some point In the next 6 months.

I got my implant due to Peyronies and not because of impotence. When I am masturbating I don’t get any / very little engorgement but I put that down to not having to work up to an erection any more and instead us implantees just ‘pump’ .

Interestingly, I often wake up with a solid erection even though I am not pumped up and my entire shaft and glans are engorged. I do however realise that NTE and day erections use different nerve pathways.

Anyway, back to the question, will viagra help in anyway or is it’s use limited when we have a penile implant? I have looked at some studies on line and although they say sexual satisfaction improved it doesn’t go into much detail.

I’ve been implanted 13 weeks today and Since about two weeks after activation I’ve been using 5mg Cialis daily. It definitely gives me better glans engorgement, and other tumescence along shaft, mostly along urethra under side. Also helps with my BPH. Notice a big difference when not using daily with going pee too often.

Viagra and Cialis work wonderfully with an implant. I would also try a cock ring, I get great implant erections with the Eddie/giddy cock ring though it is somewhat expensive
