Has anyone ever tried this combo? I haven’t asked my doctor yet and will if I’m seriously considering it. I would never want to risk anything to the implant, just curious if you can and to get more blood flow trapped towards the head.

Yes, I do this. It's the only way I can achieve a turgid glans.
The cylinders are pretty indestructible, just watch the tubing. That's the vulnerable part.

I wear one often, and it does help with glans engorgement. I asked my surgeon about using them, and he said it was fine as long as you can inflate and deflate with it on you are good to go.

I use one at the base, or as near as I can get to it.

The tubing prevents me from wearing the ring right at the base. Which is maybe something that could be moved with a revision later.

I get outstanding engorgement with a cock ring. I've used silicone rings which are nice but constrict the flow of cum when I ejaculate; I actually really love the Eddie/Giddy ring the most, which is specifically designed to not constrict the cum flow during ejaculation. Gives me awesome engorgement though they are somewhat expensive.
