18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.

My erect length was only 4" before my implant, which was on August 1. I am probbly down a good inch and a half at least, and I'm hoping I at least get back most of my length. At 4" pre-implant I don't have a lot to spare.
ED since using SSRI antidepressants. Unable to maintain erection sufficient for penetration. Tried PDE5's, VED, injections. AMS 700 CX implanted 8/1/2022, penoscrotal by Dr. McVary, Loyola medical center. 15cm + 1.5 and 1.0 RTE's. 65 ml reservoir.

Could you please elaborate on how you regained length after the surgery? What protocol with tthe VED? And how much you lost then gained back. Thank you.

Good to hear about a positive experience.
True. Getting hard is way more important than size. The choice just becomes more difficult when you have some functionality left (unreliable, using pills). Then you need to determine if the tradeoff in size is worth it.

Struggling with ED since 22 years old.
Doppler test (2022) concluded VL (no response at all to 15mcg PGE1).
Currently on 5mg tadalafil daily, and seeing a sexologist to tackle the psychological aspect. Varying results.

My past seems similar to yours. Because of ED I was a virgin till I met my wife at 22. I had a pretty good running at love making for a year then sporadic success for about 10 years. Anxiety was non bearable. No sex for the last 15 years. Tried pills and injections to no avail. I came out of recovery with 4 inches. A little disappointed but at the same time elated that I'm going to be reliable for now on. Will be happy with a little 4 incher but have seen growth of over a 1\4" since surgery on July 12. In hindsight, I wished I had 4 to 5" working at age 30 instead of the 6" I had once in a while.
AMS 700 LGX on July 12, 2022. ED no diagnosed reason since teens with occasional success in 20s. Tried pills and injections.

No. Totally dissatisfied with device and outcome. Lost 1 inch due to atrophy then an additional 1 inch length following PD curvature correction along with 1/2 inch in girth. Girth from 5 to 4 1/2 inches, length from 6 1/2 to 4 1/4 inches. Due to narrowing I was told at time of procedure that I could not receive a CX. Only hope is future revision, at my age (72) even that is questionable.
