If you've never used one before the first time is prob gonna scare the fuck out of you, lol. It did for me, cause it felt extremely uncomfortable like it was gonna yank my dick off me. But it didn't. Because they don't.

Since the pump remains outside...while the cylinders and tubing are being pulled up and away...isn't there the possibility to disconnect the pump from the implant?
