Concealment is perfect
Concealing mine by putting my implant down to right side using tight underwear without feeling any discomfort

Everything is great now and sex is perfect and life is normal

It has been 11 months now post op

Never will think about ipp for many reasons

1- i am very satisfied with my malleable
2- malleable is lifetime and won't need any revisions
3- ipp is very expensive for me
4- am more than satisfied in sex and hardness is more than normal in my teenage
5- i have no regrets about my implant and even if needed any revisions ... I will replace with another malleable also

The only negative point that am much hornier than ever and my 38 yrs old wife can't fully satisfy me as i want it everyday and she can afford me only twice a week

I am a fuckin horny fucking machine and will begin to hate myself as am now nonstop asking for more

My appetite became double and eating to much and gained about 8 kilos
