I am new to this forum and have ED and Peyronie's Disease. I'm 55 yrs. old and ready for a penile implant since I failed Xiaflex, various oral meds and vacuum. I'm looking for recommendations for an implant surgeon in FL. Dr. Billy Cordon in Miami has excellent reviews, and I'm wondering if anyone on this forum has an implant procedure done by him. Thanks for your input!

Welcome to the forum, Eagle 99.
You have Perito in Florida. One of the best in the US and the world.
I didn't hear about Billy Gordon. He could be good but I didn't see any reviews about him.

Thanks FinallyBionic! I saw some disparaging comments about Dr. Perito on a few forums, but I'm open to input from this group. Do you know if Dr. Perito implants the Titan? From what I've read, this is the one to get.

PM me. I consulted with both Dr Perrito and DR Cardone. Either will do a great job but I selected one over the other for my own reasons.

Let's touch base.

My suggestion is to get the implant that fits your body & lifestyle the best. A discussion with your surgeon should help you make that decision. Avoid following the crowd just because they got a certain brand/model.

That is good advice. And keep in mind that not every surgeon implants both the AMS and Titan. They are both excellent products. In my view the surgeon you are comfortable with is a lot more important than the choice between the AMS and the Titan. Dr. Clavell, one of the best implant surgeons in the world, implants both, but has opined that 90% of men would be satisfied with either one.

As cwat1 recommended, Dr Clavell is an excellent implant surgeon and one of the most experienced . He performes lots of implants and he accepts and make excellent results on very difficult cases.
Patients from all over the world are coming to Dr Clavell to do their implants.
For you, it would be short flight from Florida to Houston Texas.
It is very do-able. Rest depends on you.

I believe he does both, like any other implant surgeon. Dr. Eid and Dr. Hakky do mostly Titan, but I don't think they don't do AMS, if suitable for the patient. As GT mentioned, the surgeon selection is more important than the implant model.
