I’m 28 years old and id like your opinions on what i should do. I have several fibrosis/scars along my shaft which has made me lose like 15% of my girth and probably 20% of my volume. I am still around average size but my isssue gets worse and worse every time i have sex or masturbate. At this rate its about a 5% loss of girth per year and i think its just a matter of time before i get some type of ED. The left side of my shaft is like halv of what it used to be. BUT, i still have rock hard erections and a normal sized cock. But basically just touching it makes it worse so i cant ever take a blow job or even let a girl touch my dick, my sexlife is restricted to 2-3 positions and i have to be very careful during sex. My flaccid is basically halved aswell, it used to hang and now it doesnt and i feel like im really missing something to be complete...strangely enough i havent lost too much in erect length, around 1cm
I will do a consultation with dr.eid aswell but id like to get some input from you guys who are part of the bionic brotherhood.
Question nr 1: should i get an implant now and destroy my working erections or should i use my penis until its not working anymore and lose future size due to the inflamed tunica scars eating up my tunica? If i get the implant now i might get a bigger size rather than waiting and my dick gets smaller and therefore a smaller implant?
Question nr 2: manual pressure on the scar tissue causes them to get inflamed, this has been the case for years. But recetly a new issue has presented itself. When i ejaculate and the penis is at its biggest and pumping/tensing, this now also causes the microtears/inflammation of the tunica, so more or less everytime i cum my dick gets inflamed. Its very distressing.
I have a feeling the same thing will happen if i get an implant and push the tunica to its max. So my tunica will be constantly inflamed and wanting to create more scar tissue, what do you guys think will happen?
