Best underwear to hide Titan bulge

I gonna buy some underwear pre-op. I am looking for underwear that helps the most to hide the Titan bulge. I read comments about Separatec dual pounch. Is that one the best? Do i have to order a smaller or larget size then i have at the moment?

Any thoughts?
1978, male Netherlands. ED due Propecia use. Currently using cialis.
Thinking about Penile Implant.

These have a pouch that allows a semi-erect to sit nicely w/o pressure...like a baby kangaroo. The head pokes out above the pouch but INFRONT of the waist band :D MUCH better than all other I tried for the first few weeks.

Speaking of baby...Get Baby Socks like everyone says!!

One trip to Target and your good to go!

I agree with Strongagain. Wear your new bulge with pride.
Implanted on the 22/07/2021. AMS.CX 18cm /4cm rte was 5.5” pre implant lost no lenght still 5.5”

Yes, why hide it, I'm proud of mine.
Implanted 6/26/2018, Coloplast Titan 20cm, no RTE'S, infra pubic, Dr. Rhee, Kaiser :o 8-) 79yrs., married 56 yrs. ED for over 20 yrs.

Just recently, but pack of 3 MacWeldon briefs. They fit perfectly and I did not need to go one size smaller. Perfectly concealing my bulge. I wish I found them when I had Titan. I am sure it would worked well. It holds perfectly my AMS CX and my pump.
Great fitting underwear. I might try MacWeldon trunks.

Thanx buddy. So is this one different of Separatec two pouch?
Sorry if i don't understand because of my Englisch, but with this briefs you wear eear your penis pointed up towards your belly?

You mean even with a Titan you don't see a 'semi-erect'? I searched on google, but don't see any difference comparing to a regular brief. What makes the difference for you?
