Yes, it will be a problem, especially if you want to keep your implant status a secret. I don't see much of a solution without a surgery. If it is caused by a bubble of air in the system, it may be able to be done without much fuss. Or if you could get the bubble to stay in the reservoir (that will involve some contortions, I expect) that might help.

Yup, vibrates like a small cell phone and duck quacks....mine only vibrates once during deflation and hasn't done it since. That freaked me out at first...I think it's only if you get a small kink is when the noise is made. So some have it some don't...

Just presump before sex or turn the music or tv up a little extra and they won't know....or just start fucking them with your prepump and then during a position change or doggy style when they aren't looking, do a pump/squeak...then fuck a little more then do it again.
