Hello, I am new and I have been suffering from corporal fibrosis for several months, a nodule, after a sexual encounter, appeared on the dorsal part of my penis. It is causing me erectile dysfunction plus curvature plus hourglass near the glans. I am psychologically devastated, I am seeing how it is causing me more impotence and lack of rigidity day after day. I have visited several urologists and one of them already told me about an implant in the future. My question is, what would it be like for a person with corporal fibrosis in the dorsal part of the penis to perform an implant? Would they leave the fibrosis or would they add something else to the surgical intervention? It's just that I think from everything I've read that if you get an implant from the scrotum, not many nerves are damaged and the sensitivity would be almost the same. but I think that the cases with fibrosis are more complex and even more so if the fibrosis is dorsal to the corpus cavernosum in the septum. I imagine the doctor trying to remove this and I think it would be an intervention that would touch a lot of nerves. someone could help me? sorry for my english. Has anyone had their implant with previous corporal fibrosis? how have you been? or does anyone on this forum know anything about what I'm asking? I don't know if I'm wrong in my idea but I think that an implant with fibrosis in the dorsal part is complicated to perform an implant. help or clarification please
I think it is complicated to perform an implant in a penis with a lesion there, and if the fibrosis had to be removed during the operation, it would already be another kind of operation in which they would surely have to open the tunic and cut or place a patch with the risk of loss of sensitivity in the entire penis and especially in the glans. puffff my mother I have a mind that is going to explode. could someone help me with something?
How would an implant be done with corporeal fibrosis in the dorsal part of the penis in the septum?

I don't know if it will help, but I'll share my experience. Due to Peyronie's, I had a dorsal plaque mass covering 2/3 of my dick. For most of that length, it was as the width of my dick. Not that it wasn't challenging and required a lot of extra work for my surgeon. My surgery ran over 3 hours, much of that time spent fracturing and breaking up the plaque. Additionally, the plaque was constricting my right cavernosum, and it took him 3 attempts to get that cylinder in place. I went into surgery with a 60+ degree bend. and according to him, came out under 30 degrees. I think it was less than that, and now with the implant and diligent cycling I am nearly straight. So, yes, you can get an implant with the right surgeon. I could not be happier.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.

Just my opinion. The longer that you wait. I suspect that your surgery will get more complex. Not impossible, but the list of surgeons that can do it will become smaller.
A member had lots of fibrosis near the head. His surgeon used a special long thin tool to cut through it. It can be done.

Thanks Esteve, hey then your surgical operation was complicated, that's what I was referring to before, with a little difference in that I have a perfect tunic, what I have wrong is the interseptal nodule in the corpora cavernosa. lost a lot of sensitivity in the glans for having touched many nerves that are in the dorsal part?

thanks Gt1956 yes I suspect that it will be more complex but it is difficult to get used to the idea of an implant at this time when 5 months ago it was perfect. like a porn actor. and now I am becoming handicapped in that sense. What do you mean that there will be fewer doctors who could do this operation? Do you know anyone here in Spain in this forum that does high volumes of implant?

"Fewer" means that there will be fewer surgeons that are trained for surgery that is of that nature.
Doctors in Spain? No idea, I'm in America. I do know that some members that visit here are in Spain. I do not know them or which doctor that they have used or are planning on using. You'll need to search for them.
As for your lump. Possibly from an injury to your penis. My best advice is to follow the path suggested by the best doctor that you can find. If one has already suggested an implant in the future. I think he is telling you that the chances of a full recovery might be low. Perhaps an operation to remove the lump is possible but honestly. Most men on this forum that had similar things. Require an implant eventually.
Good luck.

Thank you very much GT, let's see if I could locate here a member who had had a similar situation and who knows something about here in Spain: I only have 3 options:
1. die of grief or take my life. But I don't think I will because I want to live.
2. live with a penis that only serves to urinate and therefore continue to die of a penis
3 do what needs to be done with the doctors. either implant or any other type of treatment.
one more question do all people who have an implant ejaculate? because I see many people explaining that yes qi
that they have it very hard with the implant but few explain if they have orgasms or not. because if one day I did it, it would be above all to have good erections and good orgasms

Be carefull comparing members results. Some men are cancer survivors & might of lost the ability to ejaculate. They can still orgasm but nothing comes out. Not all members have the same medical history so they will not all have yhe same results
Please keep this in mind as you read their posts.
