Any idea how long it takes to not feel that pain when fully inflated during daily cycling? I cannot go 30 minutes with that guy stretched out to the max without pain meds or inside a vagina to take my mind off it. Unfortunately my gf does not live with me so she cannot always be there to place a warm soft vagina around my extremely throbbing painful new dick. And yes it feels about the same, little more sensitive when having sex but also seems like a little more control on when you want to release. I have not been able to go two rounds back to back. After a long round one, round two it gets so insanely sensitive and it's a weird feeling feeling your dick go soft in your head but stay hard in real life. So it may be a brain thing. But it's posible, just hard when, as a male, you lose interest.
