Curvature and Implant

Postby Jayline » Thu Jul 28, 2022 3:22 pm

Had a consultation with Asif Muneer today. He said the anatomy of my penis is completely normal, he said there’s no evidence of fibrosis/peyronies/scar tissue.

However I do have an upward curve when erect. (Can only get fully erect with viagra and even then it’s hit or miss)

Mr Muneer mentioned that it could be a torn ligament pulling the penis up and also mentioned a congenital curvature … even though I’ve only noticed the curve within the last year. He said that it could require surgery to straighten it. Going back for an induced erection for him to see, in the meantime he told me to try upping the Cialis to 10mg.

Obviously at that point I would just prefer to get an implant. My question is would the implant correct the curvature? I’d go with Eid.

It is not THAT severe but when I take viagra it my penis becomes so stiff that I cannot pull it down and it points up towards my stomach.

I had a 60+ degree bend due to severe Peyronie's and a massive plaque mass. Now with the implant I am almost completely straight. So yes, the implant will probably fix your curve, but that depends also on the cause.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.

Let me put this into perspective. Your IPP will stick straight out. So if you are lucky enough to have an upward curve you might get some of the benefit back from an upbending penis. Easier to go in and easier to stay in. Mine curved upward before implant when fully engorged. I'm implanted and do not engorge so no curve. My money is on you not engorging either and no curve. But if you do have a curve for me that would be a HUGE plus. Right now I have to hand guide in because I stick straight out not up. Plus during sex it takes more effort to stay in. Just something to think about.

If you are able to achieve good erection without pills (or even with a moderate dose), I would say try curvature correctio surgery, but with ED, if you correct the curvature, you may soon go for an implant. Implant with Titan will definitely correct the curvature. We have a lot of forum members here with excellent results, in addition to the fact that penile implants are made to resolve ED, peyronie's, and PE issues.
It is good to get a second opinion from Eid before you decide. Best of luck.
