Did you lose sensitivity?? Can sensitivity be regained?

I have had some minor times when I couldn’t reach orgasim but that never last more than one or two times then back to normal.I do think sometimes pumping all the way to max can cause that.I have had good sex pumped up 75-80%.Try varying how much you pump up.

So, I want to distinguish between what I think of as my desire to have sex (my libido) and my willingness to have sex.

I never stopped wanting to have sex. As lame as it was with a limp dick, I've always jerked off. I kept checking out my wife and other hot women and feeling like I wanted to fuck them.

But years of failure, and the ensuing guilt, embarrassment, and humiliation that went with it, put a huge damper on my interest in pursuing sex. I knew I couldn't perform adequately, so I didn't try because of the damaging repercussions of failure.

Now I have a reliable hard on. I spontaneously grab my wife and grind my crotch against her. When I wake up in the middle of the night, and I'm horny, I inflate in a minute or so, wake up my wife, and fuck her.

As others have written in this thread, ED can destroy a man's interest in sex. If you're like me, you will be having a lot more sex after you get an implant.

To the OP, since you are having libido issues, it may be worth testing hormones first and correcting any deficiency if present. In case of low testosterone, testosterone replacement can restore libido and erections in many cases. It takes a few months for that to happen.

Besides testosterone, there are also other issues such as high estrogen or prolactin that can cause sexual problems and can be corrected.

Implants based on what I've read will NOT boost or worsen libido. Libido is an entirely separate component.

I did test my T level back in Feb. My prolactin and estrogen levels were normal. But my T level was around 270 which was low. I was prescribed clomid. Even though it did raise my T level to 670 and I did get good and consistent morning wood, my libido wasn't improved. It basically stayed the same. Can you explain this and recommend what to do?

Kinggg, I don't know how busy your life is but here's my situation. My testosterone is normal but over the years my libido has decreased. Some of it is getting older but a lot of it is how life is right now. A busy dad throughout the week with a ton of responsibilities keeps my sex drive in check. I always look forward to summer weekends though. The wife and I go down to our campground and spend Saturday having fun. We'll swim, play volleyball, eat, drink and dance. My wife grinding on me while wearing a sheer dress gets me horny pretty quickly. I'm eager to get back to our trailer and have some fun. Come Monday though, it's back to the daily grind.

In my opinion the longer you wait the more diseased your penis becomes and the greater your chances of problems. Just find the right doc, very important.

So, it appears you have two issues--ED and low libido.

I would agree that an implant isn't going to address the libido issue. The libido problem is chemical; whereas, the ED is mechanical. The implant addresses the mechanical problem.
