Implant procedure with Dr. Eid 7/15/22; Titan 20cm; follows ED history pre/post op
Radical prostatectomy 2015. Curious to know how others have been successful engorging penis head with meds post-implant. Use of and success with Alprostadil suppository, V, Cialis and/or vacuum pump? Eager to hear about your experiences.
Titan 20cm, Dr. Eid 7/15/22. ED before/after RT (2015), EBRT (2016) & ADT (20 mos.). EBRT & improper penile rehab post-treatment left penile/abdominal scarring, arterial blockage & slight hour-glass shape with Peyronie's disease.

You may not need any help from meds, etc. I was surprised to find that I get really good engorgement on my own. Before implant I could have no reaction whatsoever to any of the other treatments so didn’t think I would have any glans filling. My doctor had prepared me for that. I was so thankful that this part of my penis was still working and that all I need now is to pump it up and go. Hopefully you will be the same. Be aware that this didn’t happen immediately but I’m not even 4 months post-op and now get filling with stimulation or even just sexy thoughts.

Try to keep things simple and see if your body will react on its own. Good luck.
58, implanted with 22 cm Titan (no RTE's) on April 1, 2022. Complete ED started after High Dose Rate Brachytherapy for prostate cancer. Tried everything else first but nothing worked. Wonderfully supportive wife!

I do not have an implant, but I would be reluctant to use anything until I was fully healed and then some because getting over stimulated gets you used to those sensations to the point you are demanding them and then you can't have sex without it. Stay as close to natural as you can for as long as you can.
Used Viagra & Cialis until lost vision in one eye due to AION, therefore can never use pills again, then tri-mix 1 1/2 years until unreliable. Implanted 9/20/22 at 77 years old by Dr. Yafi, UC Irvine. Married 55 years wife 76. 20cm Coloplast Titan.

I would give it three to four months before trying anything,I use a VED to engorge and it works great!
71 yrs.old married,ED for 7 yrs.Pills for 3 yrs,TriMix for 21/2 yrs.6 1/2 inches flacid,71/4 inches erect,6 inches girth.Coloplast Titan put in 11/13/20,Dr.Bozeman,Arkansas Urology,Little Rock.22cm + 2 RTE.

I notice that after my wife’s gives me oral the head is engorged more so than if I’m masturbating.

Does your engorgement of the head hold up?

The only way for me is using the VED and a ring,but that works and my wife loves it!
