Since my implant date in late 2018, the only comment I've received concerns the size and 'strength' of my pumped-up erection. No negative remarks at all. On the other hand, I seem to have lost a degree of sensitivity in my shaft that used to be there before. I haven't heard anything about it feeling different as far as the flesh feeling different but she has said the oval shape makes it harder to not scrap it with n her teeth. I'm in a casual relationship right now. I told her about the implant after having sex with her a few times. So in short, I feel like it is indeed somewhat obvious that you have something installed (although many wouldn't know what an implant is or wouldn't guess at one), but it's not so obvious and disruptive to the point of her bringing it up in conversation.

ALSO it depends on YOUR BODY and the way your implant was installed. I imagine some installs are a bit more obvious with the tips and tubing (especially if you have glans mobility or are circumcised).
