plant yes or no, big confusion in my head

Postby frank66665 » Tue Jul 19, 2022 3:36 pm

I am really confused and torn, this situation is driving me crazy, I have to do it or it is advised not to do it at this stage, the pills in large doses still work, I cannot exaggerate, the side effects are annoying, plus I can fuck well 15 minutes , I can last 20/25 minutes while slowly losing erection, I would like to continue fucking at least 30 minutes well, what is your advice, do the implant or wait?

The pills are sort of working for you, but they aren't going to get more effective, probably less so over time. No one can make this decision for you, and whatever you decide to do, do it for yourself. The implant changed my life after years of real struggle. Do your research, and then decide which way makes you the happiest.

it is not my lady who wants 30 minutes, it is me who wants at least 30 minutes, my wife is against the implant and she is fine with the pills, I do not have firm support from my wife and I am afraid that something will go badly, if the pills just didn't work it would be easier to choose, I would like you to explain the cons of implantation in sex satisfaction and implant management in sexual and real life, and then I would like to know the pros of implantation at the level of feeling and pleasure, I hope to be able to make myself understood, unfortunately I use a google translator and I don't know if it can translate well

Life is really quiet simple. Change is the only aspect that can be counted on,,oh yea, at some point we all will transition out of the 3d body.

If this were an ACL injury that allowed you to walk but not run or do anything physically you wanted, would surgery be a debate?

But wait, this is my dick we’re discussing..but in reality it’s just another body part that isn’t functioning as designed and as such places limits on our lives.

So the question is do you want to half function or full?

The cons? If not done there’s a continuing struggle physically and mentally.

The pros? Fully functional body part, no anxiety over performance. .

That’s my experience anyway. When I struggled with the question, my doc said it’s normal to be afraid…do it when you’re ready. Before you ask, no, I don’t have regrets with my implant..
Implanted 5.25.21 Coldplast, 24cm. Dr Tajkarimi.

when you have sex it's fun and the sensations are like when you didn't have an implant and you didn't have ed?

Frank,
Are you replacing your tires at 50% worn down?
Please, keep that working erections even if they are down to 50% of time usage. Nothing replaces blood filed penis, nothing.
If your wanted time for erection to hold and being able to use it for 20-25 minutes, that is still 67 - 84 % of time being able to use.
I am maybe a year older than you, but if ED wouldn’t been caused with prostate removal surgery, I would never get IPP installed.
For me nothing worked after RP. I tried Cialis,Viagra, VED, TRIMIX, BIMIX. Implant was my last option to get anything back.
I don’t want to discourage you from getting IPP just friendly warning.

thanks mk1965, i was born in may 1965 we are the same age so your advice is to settle for 20 minutes but have real dick, now my andrologist / urologist who am on tetosterone treatment to my complaint of being dissatisfied with duration of erection he added proviron (mesterolone) to me he says mesterolone releases free testosterone and I will get better sexually, I am more and more confused, maybe I should fuck planning 20 minutes instead of continuing until I lose erection

Have you considered injections? I’m about the same age as you and the last 18 months I used injections prior to implant. That being said I got sick of using a needle and have no regrets about my implant. Been having sex since 4 weeks after and things are going great…. It’s an adjustment to train your body to know your erection will last and you can enjoy sex for as long as you can hold out. No regrets. It’s your decision.
58year old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!
