Excuse the rather gross title.
As most in the UK will know we are in the middle of a heatwave with temps of close to 35/100
I wear a suit ( minus the jacket currently ) and I am rather uncomfortable down below .
Does excess sweating / heat cause any issues such as increased infection risk etc?
I’m tempted to lose the boxers but I al worried about the dreaded dribble!

Re: Sweatyness around the scrotum
Heat and sweat go together. I get so sweaty sometimes it's hard to pull my boxer briefs down.
All I can offer is try some powder. Baby powder might be ok, but there are some keep the jock dry powders out there.
Nice to hear it's hot in the UK and not raining. Visiting next month.

Not sure if you have had your operation yet but I assume that you have? And yet you are at work with stitches? So probably not. My second operation was penoscrotal and I insisted on surgical glue to seal the cut. No possibility of external infection. So commando with pants that breathe. wear a condom for dribbles.

Operation was in Feb so all healed now, bar the undersizing.
Wearing a condom might prove expensive, needing a new one every time i pee! I think I will dab with tissue instead and see how i get on.

Re: Sweatyness around the scrotum
I think corn starch is supposed to be better than baby powder.
I lived in England for a couple of years in the '70's. Now living in South Florida, I know a bit about heat and humidity. Although I do sweat, especially during the day, I do something at night that has helped me avoid "jungle rot / jock itch" for many years.
As my right hip deteriorated to needing a hip replacement, I bought a "knee pillow". My wife, of course, put it in a pillowcase. I sleep nude with the pillow case of the knee pillow tucked all the way up between my balls/scrotum and my thighs. Even though I sweat at night, I stay comfortable down there. I've laughingly stated "I'm allergic to my own sweat". What I think actually happens is, without the pillow case, the sweat is trapped between my thigh and scrotum and causes irritation. When I don't have my knee pillow, I simply tuck the sheet around my balls and into the spot where my thigh meets my scrotum. This has helped me for many many years.
I also wear jockey style underwear. Boxers let my thigh touch my scrotum, causing irritation. I wear jockeys one size small. This is to keep my dick dressed "up and to the right" which:
A: keeps my dick from curling uncomfortably "down and to the left" which it has wanted to do since my first "botched" implant.
B. It also keeps that last drop of pee from dripping out and advertising on the front of my Dockers 'the boss has pissed himself'. Gravity continues to work the same as always!
I never dreamed old age would be this much fun!
Good luck guys.
