My sensitivity is still the same and my orgasms are way better than pre-implant

In my case, it's unchanged. My dick has been less sensitive for a long time, and I have anorgasmia, like I did before implant.

Mine is also the same. No change at all. I wish if it became less after implant, though, so that I can enjoy longer time before coming.

No change to sensitivity and big change (stronger) to orgasm.

Wish I had done it earlier....

In my case I lost sensitivity along the bottom of my shaft probably because I had a bit of 'turkey neck' removed at the same time. I'm good with that because I was always a hair trigger so to speak (P.E.).

It took a few months after the surgery to regain my sensitivity. At first it was pretty dead feeling, but then nerves heal slowly. At 6 months all was good and getting better. By my 12 month mark everything was just as good as pre-ED days.

Having had four implants, I lost the most sensitivity with my first implant Wrong doctor. Many spots are still quite sensitive. Others...not... It's been worth it all!!!

So here's my deal. I had already lost engorgement before my operation. So of course the operation didn't help engorgement at all. In fact it does just the opposite. So for me of course having a flaccid glans already there was no difference. But comparing it before I went impotent there's a huge difference. When your g l a n s is fully engorged the nerve endings are heightened. But when it's not of course there's less sensitivity.
